For those looking for studios in Ipanema, the collection offers compact layouts and larger configurations. The brochure labels standard units Apartamento and combined layouts Double Suites. Unification alternatives are called Opção Studio; compare the drawings before choosing.
Apartments
225 connects everyday life with the Garcia d’Ávila–Visconde de Pirajá area and Nossa Senhora da Paz metro station. Balconies, planters and façade art shape an intimate residential building, with apartments from 33.46 to 48.14 m² and two Double Suites.
404 is connected to Jardim de Alah, Leblon and Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. The project comprises apartments from 32.42 to 42.87 m² and two Double Suites; a sauna and outdoor fitness space expand its rooftop amenities.

Units 702 and 802 exist in both buildings but have different areas and layouts. 225 offers 70.05 and 69.89 m²; 404 offers 73.52 and 73.44 m². Unification changes the layout, not the stated private area. The layout alone does not establish two separately titled properties.

Units 801 and 802 are on the residential floor with open terraces. These private spaces are distinct from the communal leisure rooftop: the pool shown belongs to the shared areas, not to private pools in these units.
